What happens after i book office hours?
What is included in my office hours?
After you book your time slot, I will confirm your selected slot and send an invoice for payment.
Please send an email to jdowningart@gmail.com with a brief description of your design woes. It is helpful to include photos of your room and a link to your Pinterest page so I can get to know you better.
Email and payment must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please ensure any Google doc submissions are set to "viewable by anyone with link".
We will meet and discuss, then a follow-up email will be sent to you outlining our discussion. It will include links or any relevant information.
One action-packed hour full of ideas for your space, layout, colors, and style! Note-taking is encouraged.
I will follow-up with an email containing any links, sketches, notes, and ideas we discuss on the call.
You can email me one time with additional questions you may have about the ideas we covered in the call.
what if I change my mind?
You can change your mind within 2 days of submitting payment, but not within 24 hours of our appointment. Refunds are available only if you have not used your appointment. Don't worry, we can reschedule if something comes up.
No refunds are available within 24 hours of your selected time slot (because I will have already begun work on your project) and no refunds after your session.
This meeting will be a total of 3+ hours of time from me including meeting prep, video meeting, which often goes over time, and the time afterwards to assemble all the info and send it your way. You get to have a huge download of my brain so you can take action. It is a really cost-effective way to get the guidance you need to take next steps. I look forward to our meeting.
